This specialized counselling method calls for creative engagement between the self, the senses and the subconscious and will bring a refreshing and colourful perspective to your healing journey.

I believe offering creative methods to therapeutic environments is not only profoundly holistic, but it is also a step toward breaking down the colonial lens and approaches of healing. My counselling space involves the blending of talk therapy, DBT and expressive arts methodologies where we will unpack the weight of past trauma, identify present challenges, and explore building an embodied sense of knowing that your worth, innate wisdom, and unique expression has the power to be your fuel and compass in life.

My core principles are rooted in the unearthing of the wisdom and trust of oneself so that you have the power to access self sustainability and uplift all uninhibited ways of being.
